Il Borsellino – gioco, natura e arte

“Il Borsellino – Play, Nature and Art” is an educational project for children attending the Moricino-Borsellino preschool in Naples’ Second Municipal District. The project engages 120 children aged 3 to 6 and aims to tackle educational poverty, promote children’s well-being, and strengthen the connection between the school, families, and the local community through creative, inclusive, and participatory experiences.

The programme combines art, nature, and digital innovation through a wide range of activities, including theatre, storytelling, and drama workshops; the care of an educational vegetable garden and healthy eating pathways; the creation of podcasts, tutorials, and animated cartoons; walking tours and treasure hunts designed to explore Naples as a shared community asset; educational summer camps; and dedicated spaces for parents and children offering creative activities and parenting support.
