The Glass House was born from the redevelopment of a space that had been abandoned for over twenty years and is now a multifunctional centre for children and young people in the neighbourhood.
The Glass House was born from the redevelopment of a former glassworks factory of 630 square meters: a space abandoned for over 20 years in the Forcella neighborhood. It is now a place for study, play, and cultural growth for children living in conditions of economic and social fragility. The structure, managed by the association "Friends of Carlo Fulvio Velardi", is a gathering point that has as its main objective the fight against juvenile delinquency and school dropout. The spacious premises host after-school classrooms, spaces for recreational activities, a reading area set up by the Feltrinelli Group, as well as a computer room.
